How to Apply for Position
Community radio stations consist mostly of volunteers. Volunteers selected based upon their skills that will best suit the station in order to serve the community’s interest best. Becoming a member of the station does not guarantee employment. As with all radio stations, there are a finite amount of positions that need to be filled, and the decision will always lie with the management team to best fill those positions.
How do I apply for a position at Mbhashe FM?
Contact and complete the form stating what position you would like and why.
These structure consists off:
- Board of directors
- Management
- Listener’s Committee
- On-air presenter
- Content producer
- Journalists
- Graphic Designer
- Interns (off-air)
- Technical
- IT
Depending on the availability of the position at the station at the time. Mbhashe FM currently is not in a position to hire. We will advertise in this platform and on our social media platform and on air when positions available.
